What is MSB Global Assistant?

MSB Global Assistant is a global service center for M.E.R.Y.O.S.A.B Electronics. The website brings together various services: electronics, IT, smart home, cameras, household services, tech repairs, logistics, orders from China, and other areas.

Why does the website offer so many different services?

Because the project is built as an ecosystem. Each area can operate independently: electronics repair separately, smart home separately, cameras separately, IT separately, household services separately. The main website helps you choose the right direction.

Is this one company or different divisions?

This is a unified system of divisions under the MSB Global Assistant logic. Some services may be performed directly, some through partners, specialists, or separate service units. The main thing is that the client lands in the right section and gets clear help with their specific task.

Where do you operate?

The project is currently developing in the United Arab Emirates / Dubai. Some services may be performed on-site, some remotely, and some through partners and specialists in a specific area.

What languages can I use to contact you?

You can contact us in Russian, English, Turkmen, Turkish, Uzbek, and other languages where possible. For some areas, translation or partner assistance may also be used.

How to submit a request, get a consultation, and call a specialist.

How do I order a service?

Select the desired area on the main page, click on the service block, and go to the dedicated section. You can also write directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, GoChat, or submit a request through the form.

Can I call a specialist to my location?

Yes, if the service requires an on-site visit and is available in your area. After your request, we will clarify the task, address, convenient time, and the possibility of a visit.

Can I get a consultation before ordering?

Yes. You can send a description of the problem, photos, or videos. We’ll review the task and advise you on the best next step.

Can I send a photo or video of the problem?

Yes, that’s even better. Photos or videos help us understand the problem faster, assess the complexity in advance, and save time on unnecessary explanations.

How quickly do you respond?

The fastest way to reach us is via WhatsApp. Response time depends on workload, the complexity of the question, and the chosen method of contact. Urgent tasks are best sent via WhatsApp or a phone call.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on the service, the complexity of the task, parts, on-site visit, spare parts, working hours, and the specialist’s availability. First, we clarify the task, then provide an estimated or exact cost.

Can I get an approximate cost in advance?

Yes. To get a more accurate estimate, it’s best to send a description of the task, photos, the device or equipment model, the area, and your preferred working format. This will make the estimate much more realistic.

We work with various electronics: TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, phones, circuit boards, power supplies, backlights, and other devices where possible.

Do you repair TVs and monitors?

Yes. We can diagnose and repair backlights, boards, power supplies, connectors, image issues, power problems, and other faults.

Do you work with circuit boards, power supplies, and backlights?

Yes. This is one of our technical specialties. We can work with boards, components, power circuits, backlights, diagnostics, and repairs at the electronics level.

Do you perform diagnostics before a repair?

Yes. Diagnostics are necessary to understand the real cause of the problem. Without diagnostics, you could easily replace the wrong part and just give your device an “expensive vacation.”

Can you recover data?

In some cases, yes. It all depends on the device, the type of damage, and the condition of the memory, disk, phone, or drive. First, we need to understand exactly what happened.

Do you repair laptops and computers?

Yes. We can do Windows setup, cleaning, upgrades, component replacement, diagnostics, data recovery, software configuration, and maintenance.

Do you work with Home Assistant?

Yes. Home Assistant can be used to manage sensors, lights, climate, cameras, smart plugs, scenarios, and local automation.

Can I set up control via Yandex Alice?

Yes, if the chosen devices and integration scheme allow it. We can set up voice control, scenarios, and convenient commands tailored to the user.

Can you create a system without the cloud?

In many cases, yes. We can design local solutions where the main functions work within your network. But it all depends on the devices, requirements, and the desired level of remote access.

Can I control cameras, lights, and climate together?

Yes, that’s the core idea of a smart home. Different devices can be combined into one system: cameras, lights, climate, sensors, leak detectors, notifications, and scenarios.

Is cleaning and household help available?

Yes. This is a separate domestic service area. You can discuss cleaning, household help, and other tasks depending on the area, time, and the availability of a service provider.

Are plumbing services available?

Yes. Work on leaks, water heaters, faucets, pipes, and system installation and maintenance is possible. It’s best to send a photo or video of the problem before work begins.

Is appliance repair available?

Yes, where possible. This can include air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, cooling systems, and other household appliances. First, we need to know the model and the issue.

Can I order multiple services at once?

Yes. For example, cameras + Wi-Fi, smart home + sensors, appliance repair + network setup, cleaning + household help. We’ll clarify the task and advise on the best way to organize the work.

Partnership

Collaboration, intermediaries, specialists, and business development.

Can I become a partner?

Yes. We are open to collaboration with specialists, companies, intermediaries, and partners who want to participate in developing specific service areas.

Can I refer clients for a reward?

Yes, this arrangement can be discussed. If a partner brings in a client and work is actually completed for that client, we can agree on a reward or commission in advance.

Can I collaborate as a specialist?

Yes. If you work in areas like repairs, cameras, IT, plumbing, cleaning, appliance repair, or other services, we can discuss a format for working together.

Can I discuss financial participation in developing a service area?

Yes, but only on an individual basis with proper agreements. This is not a public offer to buy shares or a stake. Any terms, percentages, and obligations must be discussed separately and documented in writing.

How are collaboration terms documented?

For serious tasks, it’s best to document the terms in writing: who is responsible for what, how the reward is calculated, what expenses, deadlines, percentages, client rights, and exit conditions are.

The fastest way is WhatsApp. You can also call or message via Telegram. For Chinese clients, using WeChat via QR code is convenient.

Is WeChat available?

Yes. There is a WeChat icon on the website. Clicking it opens a window with a QR code and a button. The user can scan the QR code, add the contact, and send a message.

How does GoChat work?

Clicking the GoChat icon opens a window with a button to open the app and a code. The code can be used when registering or adding a contact.

How is my data processed?

Data is used for communication, processing requests, clarifying the service, and organizing the work. We do not sell personal data to third parties. More details can be found in the privacy policy.

Where can I see the privacy policy?
