What is MSB Global Assistant
MSB Global Assistant is the global service ecosystem of M.E.R.Y.O.S.A.B Electronics, bringing together different areas of work in one place.
This site is not just a regular page for a single service. It is the main hub where all the areas we work in are gathered: engineering, electronics, IT, smart home, cameras, household services, equipment repair, logistics, work with China, automation, and other services.
Our idea is simple: a person visits one site, selects the service they need, and goes to a separate section where that specific service is described in detail.
We grew out of practical engineering work
Our journey began not with fancy words, but with real challenges: repairing equipment, configuring hardware, working with electronics, server systems, networks, cameras, automation, and technical support.
For many years, we developed these areas in Turkmenistan, working with electronics, service, technical projects, and various engineering tasks. Over time, our experience broadened: IT systems, smart homes, servers, security, cameras, logistics, work with China, and our own digital solutions emerged.
Today, we are continuing to develop this system in UAE / Dubai, bringing all areas together into one clear platform.

What Global Assistant means
Global Assistant is not a single service. It is the common entry point to all areas of M.E.R.Y.O.S.A.B Electronics.
Each area within the system can operate as a separate service, a separate team, or a separate business unit. For example: electronics repair is one area, smart home is another, cameras and security is a separate area, IT and networks is a separate area, orders from China and logistics is a separate area.
This approach is needed so the client doesn’t get lost. They choose the right block, click on it, and go to a place where everything is already explained specifically for that service.

All Areas Are Connected
A smart home needs IT, networks, cameras, electrical devices, and automation. Cameras need a network, security, remote access, and proper setup.
Appliance repair requires electronics, diagnostics, equipment, and experience. Logistics from China requires knowledge of products, suppliers, quality, and technical details.
We don’t want to show everything chaotically. That’s why Global Assistant became the main website, which directs a person to the right section.
